Unstuck is designed to help users break down overwhelming tasks into smaller steps and support focus sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to users.
Information we may collect
- Account identifiers used to authenticate and sync data across devices.
- Task content and generated step breakdowns that users choose to save in the app.
- Subscription and purchase state needed to unlock paid features.
- Usage analytics such as screens viewed, onboarding progress, paywall views, task breakdown events, and focus session events.
- Technical data such as app version, device platform, locale, and crash or diagnostic information when available.
How we use information
- Provide core app features such as task breakdowns, saved tasks, focus tools, and user progress.
- Authenticate users and sync their data when cloud sync is enabled.
- Measure activation, engagement, subscription conversion, and product stability.
- Operate app maintenance, force-update, and configuration systems.
- Prevent abuse, secure the service, and investigate technical issues.
Third-party services
Unstuck may use third-party service providers to operate the product, including:
- Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, app configuration, and related infrastructure.
- Mixpanel for product analytics.
- RevenueCat and the applicable app store for subscription management and purchase status.
- AI processing providers used to generate step breakdowns from task prompts.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Saved task content may remain available until a user deletes it, removes their account, or the data is removed from backend systems.
Children's privacy
Unstuck is not intended for children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing without parental permission.
Your choices
- You can delete saved task content from within the app.
- You can stop using the app at any time.
- You may manage subscription settings through the relevant app store account.
- You may request account or data-related help through the developer contact shown on the store listing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
